I went to the Verizon Store on Metropolitan Ave iin Forest Hills and had the great fortune to be assisted by Syed.I was upset because my cell fone was cracked beyond repair. He reassured and calmed me immediately. He clearly explained alll possible options. He was calm and extremely throrough through the entire process, while at the same time assisting every customer that came in. I would highly recommend visiting this location. Don't forget to ask for Syed!!
