I came to this store get my phone fixed cause my phone was affected by virus! Anika was so nice and helpful I ended up upgrading my phone. She was very patient and accurate about the bill and gave me all the breakdown for my bills and taxes fees I paid today. I recommend this store over any other stores. Thank you Anika. I will surely be coming back if I need assistance. 💯
Went in to try and activate cell service for a replacement phone. They tried to charge me $75 cash only to turn on service I already pay for monthly. Confirmed with corporate this should not have happened. This place is a scam
If you’re looking for a place to kill time and waste your energy, this is the perfect spot. The staff completely fail to understand anything you say. No matter how clearly you explain, it makes absolutely no difference. Communication is nonexistent and nothing gets resolved. That said, if your only goal is to pass time with zero productivity, then this place is surprisingly excellent at that.
I am so happy that I stopped in to get my daughter a new phone! We were taken care of by Anika who informed us of many perks to which we were entitled and spent a great deal of time walking us through our new devices and ways we could get the most out of our account. On other occasions, I have been here and spoken with her partner Pritty, who is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never use any service but Verizon and I will never patronize any other store but this one!!
Anika was so great to help me fixing my phone issue. I can’t thank her enough.
