Absolutely great experience at this store!! Anika & Pritty were both outstanding. Totally satisfied with the customer service here. Anika explained every question and concern I had with upgrading my phone. Highly recommend this store over any others in the area with out a doubt. 100% satisfaction is hard to find these days when it comes to customer service, but I got lucky visiting this store! Anika was absolutely amazing! she provided all the information and help I needed with so much patience and professionalism. This is exactly what customer service should be like. This place doesn't care about the customers at all. I tried to get a statement print out and the girl at the store didn't want to talk to me but kept saying she couldn't help and I had to call 1800Verizon. It happened on 10/3/2025 5:20PM. What pissed me off is I just traveled 30 minutes to this store because another location sale told me I could get help at this location. All I ever wanted was just a statement that I paid on every month for the past 3 years. Customer service online are always nice but in person is just freak... read more
