Neha..lied , avoids phone calls. Trying to straighten out phone for over a month now! Charged hundreds of dollars says she will call back address situation NEVER does
No good talk on a phone very rude behavior. They take a time for call after 30 minutes. But they never call. Very bad experience of the staff. Zero Experience of verizon in that store.
