I wish I could give zero stars. First, I bought a new phone and was promised by the manager Alex that I would receive a $200 Amazon gift card. Now, it’s like that conversation never happened and the on-line service is disgraceful. I cannot go back to that store to resolve the situation because the next time I was there, Josh was the only rep in the store. Terrible customer service. Walk in and no one acknowledges us, says hello, or gives us a possible wait time. They looked up, once when they heard the door open. Other than that the employees kept their eyes towards the table they’re working at. 3 employees, I’m pretty sure one is a manager and still no one could even say hello. I would recommend trying a different location, because if this one gets more than 5 customers in their store at one time, I guess they can’t even say hello to you. Wow, what a terrible location. The staff were very rude. My partner and I walked in and not one employee acknowledged us at all. Not even a simple “hello” and it almost felt as if they were purposely not even looking in our direction. We stood there for exactly 9 minutes without a single word said to us before leaving.

Vince at LaJolla Verizon store was very helpful. He answered my questions, and efficiently set up my phones. I highly recommend this store.
