On the 9th of May we spent 5 hours in this Victra owned store representing Verizon, located in Maysville, Ky. During this time, we constantly asked for a price list to verify what was being told to us. The answers we received were suspicious, such as, “the price changes every five minutes” according to Jeff. Beware if you ask for a screen protector for your phone!!! It cost me $54.99 for an inferior product. I got a much better screen protector from Walmart for $12.98. Which is only $.03 more than the shipping and handling they want to charge for a replacent for theirs, which cracked within 2 weeks, and got worse!
This is the best Verizon customer service I have ever had. Theresa Pederson is the lady for any problem or srevice you need. She is very competent in her work and is very friendly and personable. She knows her stuff!!! I will not go to anyone but her for any verizon needs/problems.
Went to use the bathroom it was full of over spilling trash there were employees arguing I oversaw one throwing what looked like paper rolled into balls at the desk along with what looked like a knife as he was carving into the desk it frightened myself and I left ASAP
We just signed up for Verizon service and International calling service and had a great experience. The agent was very helpful and persistent when meeting a challenge or two with our old phone and we are grateful he resolved our concern. We went into a Wichita, Kansas, Victra store on Maize Road and dealt with a salesperson named Tyris. My huband had decided on an iPhone 12 mini we were buying him for his birthday. It costs $10 more to buy through Victra than Verizon to start off with. On the phone he told me they would give around a $100 trade-in for my husband's iphone 7. My husband and I purchased 2 new phones last weekend. We were previously Verizon customers and came back after 4 years. We were recommended the iPhone SE, but were told we would have to wait until the middle of this past week as there were none in stock. When purchasing the phones, we were reassured that switching everything over and obtaining new numbers would be extremely easy.
