Amazing people that are very helpful
This is unbelievable. An employee named Boobie had no idea what she was doing; she had to call someone to help her over the phone. That wouldn't be a problem—perhaps she was in training—but even with that person's help, she still didn't know what she was doing. Truly a terrible place and a bad experience.
