Jenniferhelped me
Verizon not only a great company the staff is wonderful. A young lady named Jennifer worked very hard in setting up my phone. Not only did she set it up she explained everything to a 75 year old woman who doesn’t have her children or grandchildren handy to explain the newest technology. Also there was a gentleman named Manny who also tried to get my new IPhone up and running. Great Staff I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Verizon.
I bought the new iPhone 18 pro max though I love the phone for some reason the phone will not completely download from my other phone. That being said, the staff was great and I worked with Manny and he easy to talk to, helped me understand. Love Verizon
Great customer service! All my questions were answered with great detail. Very very helpful!
