If could give this store zero stars, I would. I’ve been a Verizon customer for three years, and every time I’ve visited the Brunswick location, I’ve had a terrible experience. I honestly feel like the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Instead of helping customers, they seem more interested in selling expensive accessories that you can often buy on Amazon for half the price. After my last really bad experience, I decided to switch phone providers. I don’t think I’ll be doing business with Verizon again anytime soon.

Sunday morning just after open, Jeff helped us with an apple ID problem and password reset. Note that this had nothing to do with Verizon's network or dropped calls, etc. Jeff knew how to initiate a password reset on apple devices, and it greatly help my father better control his devices. Good service and cool sunglasses from Jeff.

I went to 3 other locations and walked out due to horrible customer service. The team here was amazing. Jeff was fantastic he was patient and did everything he could to make the process seamless. I highly recommend this location!
