Karla and Ibrahim were very attentive and professional
The nicest most knowledgeable Verizon store!!!!
I came in to upgrade my iPhone. I worked with Himadri. He stayed in communication with me when it was time for the Duo to come out, he also helped me set up my new phone and showed me all the eligible upgrades I qualified for and I was able to leave with a new phone and watch!
Karla was absolutely amazing. I called in looking for an Apple Watch on my promotion, and she was so friendly when She picked up the phone that even though my watch wasn't in stock, I just stopped in to see maybe if I could order it. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful and just so kind and even willing to help me with my car that was having issues. This woman is an amazing human, and a hard worker!
Himadri Had a great experience today at verizon with Himadri...he was knowledgable, and personable ..thanks Himadri
