Zach was extremely helpful today with the purchase of a new phone as well as adding two other new devices to my plan. He was also very patient with all my questions. I would truly recommend going to see Zach !!
Went to the Verizon store to get a new phone and plan - was served by Q. Q provided immacuate service, and helped us overcome several administrative hurdles with professionalism and cheer. He is a credit to Verizon and could easily hold a masterclass in customer service. 10/10 recommend visiting the Verizon at Urbana for Q's excellent service.
Switching phones has always stressed me out but Ammar at the Urbana Verizon store has done a great job taking care of me and got me set up with my new phone. No muss and no fuss.....made the switch easy for me.....
I have not used this store yet but I have seen their employee park in the handicap spot in front of the Verizon store. He is parked there currently, he has no handicap license plate or placard. As someone with family that requires handicap parking I just cannot get over seeing a young man jump out of his car while using a handicap spot. I am also reporting to police non emergency to hopefully ticket/tow the car but this is the third day I’ve seen the same white sedan parked there.
