4 lies and no returns accepted. I was told the 5G internet service was nearly as fast as the fiber service in town, it wasn't even close. I was also told it would work all through my house, it did not. 30 day trial period just bring it back then when it didn't work, 2 days later the policy changed no returns. Then they tell me the bill will be $45. Nope not even close. $65. Now after trying to get it returned my monthly bill is $15 higher a month. AT&T customer service may be bad but they never straight lied to me like these... read more
