My wife wife and I wanted to check on our Verizon plan. Everyone at the store was very nice and friendly. Kevin sat down with us, took his time and figured out the best plan for us. It's hard to believe we didn't have unlimited text and data,but with Kevin's help and patience,he found the best plan for us. We're more than happy with what he has done for us to save us a bunch of money. Thank you again Kevin,you're the best!
We dread buying new phones almost as much as doing taxes and visiting the DMV. That said, Steven took great care of us today. We had issues - which we of course expected - but Steven's patience, determination, experience, and friendly personality made all the stress disappear. Many thanks Steve!
