Kevin G. was very informative, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his patience and great customer service! He was also training a newer employee, she was very friendly and helpful as well.
Sabrine and Kevin were great. Went it in the Shallote store with an iphone that was busted. Kevin tried to revive but it was far gone. Appreciated him trying. They were able to come up with an economical replacement and handled the transition, restoring and wiping off my old phone flawless and quick. Appreciate there customer service and balancing cost with what I wanted in a phone. Will be back with any future needs.
I needed to activate a new Gizmo watch. Upon speaking with Verizon customer service and having no luck, I decided to go to my local Verizon store. Steve was the associate that helped me, along with the assistance of Kevin and I must say they were kind and very quick to lend a hand. I was in and out in 40 min and they were pleasant through the whole process!
