Brandon was incredibly helpful and patient in getting me switched over from another provider onto a family plan with Verizon even when it took almost 4 hours to do. Not to his fault but the phone provider I had prior was not letting me go. He even applied a promotion that helped save us money and helped me through the entire process from start to finish of setting up my phone. Incredibly nice, friendly, professional, and excellent at what he does.
