I have been there twice for phone fleet needs. The first time was for a new SIM. I was told he didn't know how to do it and I should go to another store. The second time was to add a line and he said he had only done business account things once and proceeded to do alot of clicking and nothing I couldn't do on the site. I just left. Also the door stays locked and you have to wait for them to come let you in, which is weird. Never been to a retail store that has a locked door - aside from a jewelry store.

Good and quick service, a pleasure to come here - not something I have ever said about other Verizon stores.

Honestly the best Verizon you can ever go to, Youssef immediately met us at the door with a warm smile, he was extremely professional. And knew what he was talking about. He went in depth about what’s on our account And helped us with the best possible options. He wasn’t pushy at all and was just giving us the best advice every time we needed it. Awesome young man! Will be back every upgrade.

I just drove all the way to this location made sure to check the closing time prior just to get there and be turned away all because the employee decided last minute he would “stop accepting guest” gas is not cheap neither is the time I just wasted. This is you alls property I have the responsibility of returning so being turned away at the door box in hand is so incredibly inconsiderate.
