I had a great experience and I appreciate their community engagement with giving out backpacks and school supplies to youth in need.
Michael and Yuven were very helpful definitely recommend
I went to pick up a router, and there were only a couple of groups in the store. The staff told me to come back but didn’t give me any way to keep my place. I waited and came back, then waited another 15 minutes, but no one helped me. When I asked what to do, the salesperson just tossed me a paper and walked away. Pretty bad service—be careful with this store.
