We had great service provided to us with a replacement issue that Verizon customer service over the phone and ausurion were not helpful with at all. Javan Hughes and his team on Saturday may 9th were super helpful, we had been calling Verizon for weeks and getting the run around and finally the temecula store front and this team were able to help get my daughters gizmo working with a new one that she can wear. Thank you.
