A shout out to the Verizon team at the Temecula corporate branch. Last Friday I tried to order a phone through the Verizon chat service. Without going into detail let's just say the order was botched. I contacted Verizon customer service and they recommended that I go to a Verizon corporate store. Luckily, I chose this store in Temecula. I called Ashley (assistant manager) and she said to come in right away and they would take care of me. I always have a great experience at this Verizon location. The team is consistently helpful, especially when it comes to choosing the right rate plan and setting up a new Samsung device. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I truly appreciate their support—definitely a 5-star team for their amazing work!
Jawan was amazing I came on and needed my phone activated and he stopped at nothing to make sure I was good this is the best Verizon store in the area 10000/10 will come again
From the moment I walked in the team was outstanding! Caine provided top-notch customer service, advice and really went the extra mile.
