Verizon customer service is not the same as it used to be
Horrible Verizon and it’s a corporate store. Zero integrity. Went in today to exchange a phone and send a phone back. The individual at the door that greeted us straight lied pure disrespectful. I would never recommend this Verizon to anyone or any Vets especially Vets a must avoid! Verizon on Clinton Kieth Rd. Or even drive out of Temecula DO NOT TRUST THIS VERIZON. Look at there Rating says it all!
This is by far the best Verizon store you will find. Came in for a new line and a new watch and Karen and Ashley went above and beyond for me to ensure I got the best deal and made it very seamless. Their customer service is a 10/10 and a great representation of the Verizon brand. If you need anything Verizon related, I would highly recommend going to Verizon Wireless on Winchester in Temecula and asking for Ashley and Karen!
I came in to look for a watch and possibly a phone, I received a quote and I told my sakes rep I'd think about it. Thirty minutes later my sales rep Miguel text me and was able to package a deal for me that saved me a lot of money. If you go in, ask for Miguel, he's honest, professional, a straight shooter, and will give you that old school customer service that currently lacks in this world. Thanks Miguel, I appreciate you!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would I went in and was unaware that $80 of adds were added to my account. Kyla did not inform me of any of it !!!! My bill is now over $500 and they tried to blame another store and send me off I will not be going back here!!! buyer beware!!!!!!!!!
