I had an excellent experience with Karen at the Verizon store! She went above and beyond to help me and guide me through everything I needed. Karen was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and highly recommend asking for her if you visit this store!
