Staff and managers here are beyond useless. Refused to help me with a situation they could have clearly directly helped me with, and instead directed me to call customer service. Of course, the offshore customer support didn’t understand my request, messed everything up on my account, and now I’m left with the headache and this store still refuses to take accountability or try to help me out.
Verizon Indirect Store Review I recently visited a Verizon indirect store to reactivate my replacement device, but the experience was frustrating. This is the worst location ever I have a problem with my business account and I came here couple times and nobody could help me. I still have this problem every time I come in here someone told me that our business account provider gonna call you and nobody called so I have to go to another store to fix this problem.
