I stopped by this Verizon corporate store today after purchasing a brand-new phone from another Verizon location yesterday. Unfortunately, my service kept dropping, so I came in hoping to get the issue resolved. To my disappointment, this store had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in all my years with Verizon. Places is a scam I traded in a phone to get $1,000 off and they never told me that I had to stay with them for 36 months to get the promotion. Then there was no reason for one phone bill to exceed the limit of $240 a month they also add additional fees without telling you. So you pay more for your phone bill. Wouldn't recommend Verizon for anybody

Went to this Verizon location in Torrance on 6/19/25 around 5pm to add 5th line for my uncle. We were helped by Ramon, who initially said he will waive the $35 activation fee for adding a 5th line and being 15 years loyal to Verizon. Everything was fine and my uncle decided to get the IPhone 16 pro, Ramon got the phone from the back and when he returned with the phone another employee came with him probably his manager or a higher up employee offer the verizon internet box which I declined, this dude who never introduced him... read more
