Horrible experience at this specific location. I spent 3 hours trying get Verizon support on the phone IN THE STORE, with zero help except from an employee who used 10% brain power and offered to call from the store. This got me further which i did appreciate. I was hung up on a total of 8 times in the store. Not a blink of an eye from anyone other than the young lady and 1 other gentlemen for 3 hours. BEN, the man working the front of the store on 2/8/26, conducted illegal and unethical behavior during his shift. Upon walking in and explaining my reason for the visit, he immediately cut me off and told me Verizon customer service was wrong for sending me to a store. He then begrudgingly tried to connect me to a customer service rep on the phone.
