Very positive experience because of Steve's impressive customer service. He was most helpful, carefully explaining options, expertly answering questions, and especially patient with an older, non-technical user.
We walked into the store per customer service suggested and was refused by the assistant manager named Blanka or Bianka . She refused to provide a number for the store nor the ability to provide aid to us in regards to customer service suggestion of gathering more information. The assistant manager even refused to help look up a report generated by the customer service representative nor shown accountability for the brands apps nor overlapped relationship outside of sales.
