Today I was greeted by a young professional sales professional named Eric Dahl. He went above and beyond getting me off my business account and set up with my own one after endless hours of trying to do it over the phone. I have been a Verizon customer for over 30 years. Throughout this time I have had good representatives and not so good representatives. Friendly reps and some not so friendly.
