We had a very good experience at this Verizon with Eric who helped my mom set up an upgrade for her phone. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient! Thank you for helping make the process seamless.
Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Eric, our sales rep, went above and beyond setting up our family plan. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He even added a fourth line for us and somehow our bill ended up being cheaper than before. Dude is legendary.

Overcharged for the 4th month in a row. I’ve tried through the app, in person at the storefront, and twice over the phone. All 4 times I’ve been told the issue has been resolved. Do not join this network.
Upgraded my Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Very, very streamlined process. Eric was the sales consultant who helped me out. He was fantastic. Friendly, patient, and explained everything perfectly. Truly and honestly... a great experience.
