Briana did a fantastic job helping us with our new phone upgrades today. She answered all of our questions very clearly and helped us make all the adjustments to our phone plans and deactivation of the old equipment.
Had a SIM card issue, it was supposed to be routine but it went poorly, Brendan was able to help us and even worked after closing trying to get it done. 10/10 customer service
