Worse customer service ever! Attempted to return a phone on a busy Sunday, the rep failed to secure the asset in a store full of people so I decided to take the phone back to avoid there being any issue with my account and to avoid being blamed for a damaged asset. Alfredo is an absolute joke. Ordered a watch online and when I go there 2 hours later he said I shouldn’t have done a locker pick up and to comeback later. I was told it would be less than an hour to get it originally. He then walked out of the back and told me too bad and turned around and asked someone else for help. I understand he wasn’t getting commission on the sale but he is worthless and has the worst customer service ever. I know it's not to use people's fault. it's unacceptable for Verizon to be caught in an outage for this long. it's been going on since noon. my mother figure needs access to her doctor now. unacceptable. completely unacceptable
