I was dreading going in to pick out a new phone and switching it over but Geno was so helpful and made me feel not so overwhelmed. He helped us save a few bucks on our plan and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Geno!

Deceptive sales practice... Be wary of purchase credits if opening a Verizon Visa card: I was told a $150 credit would be applied to my phone upgrade at time of purchase. Instead, the credit goes towards FUTURE purchases after two full payment cycles have passed
Above average and def better than Comcast in the area. Annual price creep is annoying.
DO not go here- lied to about a plan that was purchased for a phone after asking exactly how much the charges would be only to find out after on my next bill that it was significantly more than what I was told. Also the main person checking people in was rude.
