Went to buy a phone charger. No prices marked. I asked the guy standing around doing nothing. He said I needed to sign into the queue. So I did. Then said I needed to wait for my turn to get a price. So I would have to wait for multiple people to go through the long process of setting up service before getting a price on a charger. Unacceptable!
Great customer service
Do NOT go to this store!! Because it is a complete waste of time as it took them near an hour or so more just to transfer data from my old phone to another. The employee (Nick?) didn't seem to know what the heck he was doing and had to keep asking another employee for help. When I finally got home late and tried to turn on my phone I discovered that he didn't even put a Sims card in or at least check to make sure I had one!! Wasn't happy about this experience and will NEVER go back there.
Ryan and Lapis helped us solve a lost phone and account problem. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We were frustrated when we came in...and completely satisfied when we left. Thank you!
Poor customer service. Don't waste your time coming to this Verizon store.
