I had an excellent experience at the Verizon Centennial location, thanks to Vanessa. Before coming here, I had visited the Craig Road store, where I left feeling like the employee didn't want to help us. The employee kept shaking his head, said he couldn't go into overtime, this will take more than one hour, and even sent me to get my physical work badge, even though it wasn't necessary.
