Alma was amazing! She was so patient and kind. I asked some strange questions and she just patiently asked them . She went above and beyond setting up the new phone( the other phone was stolen) and there were many challenges she had to resolves and she did . Alma always had a smile on her face. service here terrible, i have problem need they help but they said call Verizon for help. I call waiting 2 or more hours and nobody help. be careful with your account (auto pay) they charge you don't know. will get out Verizon phone this is not safety,
Best customer service EVER! Shamiah helped me get a new phone and setup a new account and it couldn’t have gone better. She was so helpful and kind. The other members of the staff were also very friendly and created such an energetic atmosphere!
