Five stars for Verizon! Their service was absolutely fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful. They made the upgrade process seamless and expertly guided me to the perfect new Samsung phone. I truly appreciate their friendly support and expertise. Highly recommend!
Has to be one of the lowest satisfaction rated Verizon stores. Continuously understaffed (I’ve been here multiple times) with no one even acknowledging your arrival. You check in, and stand around and wait.
This was without a doubt the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a mobile carriers store. I was assisted by Wilson Mandujano, and not once did he ever stumble on any question I asked. I came in to consider changing providers , and I didn’t really have any intention of switching at that moment, but Wilson’s knowledge and professionalism was enough to win me over.
