Only rating 5 stars for the service received by a younger gentleman and Jason. Came to the store to help my mom transfer her service from my siblings Verizon account to mine. Wanted to come in person because it’s nice to be able to have a real human offer assistance. We were told by one employee that needed to call a specific number and that they would get it completed for us over the phone. Poor customer service. Store didn’t apply the actual offer when I traded in my old device. Didn’t explain or advise what offers were available.
Close this place down ASAP!! Despite reading reviews I still gave this place a chance because it’s closer to me but after 2 different visits here and the Customer service was the worse I’ve seen at a Verizon store and I’ve been a customer since Alltel. Sold me a phone that hasn’t worked since I opened the line and now they’re advising the it’s a phone issue and to go through my insurance to get a new one. Worst customer service ever
