I had an amazing experience with Juan at the Verizon store today. He was very knowledgeable, transparent and helpful with assisting us with transferring our accounts from ATT to Verizon. I highly recommend this store and asking for Juan!
got two new phones in and out super quick and easy. Jason helped us out and made sure any promotions that were available were applied which was super helpful
After 2 days of hell trying to get my phone back up and running after switching over to Verizon, Alma, at this location did it in less than 20 minutes. I had talked to a number of people over the phone and via chat and NO ONE could explain or help the way Alma did. She knew exactly what needed to be done and overcame the roadblock that no one else could. Thank you Alma for saving me from going certifiably insane. Thank you!!
