Went to get help foy my nephews phone not working now. He staying with my mother and I currently. Phone stopped working. Customer service was horrible. The person helping would only address my husband even though I am the primary account holder. Every time I asked a question or attempted to confirm anything, the rep would roll his eyes & then turn to speak directly with my husband. Example: I had already reviewed online the specific phone & sales that were going on. However, the disclaimers read "up to $1000" or "up to xx specific amount" I asked to confirm how much exactly our trade in would receive and he said, "I just told you didn't I? I s... read more
