Bravo and much appreciation to Verizon Specialist EFRAIN for his superior assistance in assisting me in purchasing a new cell phone. Patience was his middle name as well because I am tech ignorant and often ask dumb questions. I have nothing but praise for his efforts in explaining the new system to me as I was coming over from Spectrum and a much cheaper phone.
