Absolutely toxic people and process. In my 72 yrs as a consumer, I have never dealt with such disgusting people. I bought a Fjords Helsinki chair from a Petaluma shop called Roe and Co. several months ago. We bought it on the sale at 20% and were very excited to bring to our home. We paid the 50% deposit and were notified the chair could be picked up assembled or in two boxes.
