Well we came in for a simple issue then the sales person just decided that disappearing into the back for 30-40 minutes was the best answer to the problem
I ordered an iPhone over the phone with pickup at the store. I’m a doc and can’t be without a phone. I thought that picking it up from the store would be quickest. They told me 2 hours. That was last Thursday- 2 Full business days and weekend days late, they tell me they are waiting for Verizon to authorize and have no estimate for me. Unbelievable!
Verizon stores never fail to disappoint. Enter the building and a guy who is looking on his phone says we'll be right with you. They weren't. And then the advertised offer wasn't what was advertised. The guy that helped us couldn't even send a text to my phone (so much for knowledgeable staff). All in all, crappie experience. There motto is, "how can we NOT help you today".
I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for almost 5 years now. New customers pay less than what a loyal one does. Verizon likes to sneak in small upcharges throughout the year. Why am I paying almost $84 a month for my service to not work half the time, for a limited hotspot, and for being loyal? I even called to try and get that payment down and the best they could do was $70/month. Verizon is sneaky, unfair, and most of all, disappointing.
My husband and I visited the Verizon Store this past weekend to upgrade our phones. We waited nearly 45 minutes for the representative, Bryan (or Brian), to transfer my data to my new phone. He assured me the process was complete and wiped my old phone to factory settings. I was told everything, including my text messages, would transfer and that data was still "organizing."
