We had a pleasant experience purchasing a new phone at this Verizon location. Enis was exceptional at clearly communicating our plan changes, answering our questions, as well as walking through the setup of the phone and a watch.

This is probably the worst customer service.I've had in a long time
I went in to get a cheaper plan, I was not disappointed at all, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Katrina helped me with all my needs and she even got me WiFi that was told by my previous carrier stated I didn’t qualify for. I would highly recommend this Verizon.
