I visited this Verizon store today after being referred by a friend to work specifically with an employee named Devonte. I have no personal connection to him, but I wanted to ensure he received the commission for helping me. Because of my schedule, I was unable to come during regular hours and returned at around 7:30 PM to complete the transaction. Gabriella deserves a raise for bringing my blood pressure down. I walked in completely frazzled after doing a factory reset on my ipad, and not being able to get it up and running. I'm on a fixed income and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. She was an absolute sweetheart who solved all my problems and I walked out a happy customer.
