In VZ stores when you bring your own phone, because the employees make NO MONEY on BYOD, the response will be either a happy greeting and I am going to try and help you, or I am going to seem like I want you to FAIL. In this case, the negative, questioning, “well most likely you can’t use that phone,” efforts by both the employee and the manager, David just put us off.
