I’ve been to this location more than once and honestly believe my concerns were addressed quickly and painless. The staff here it A+ and work hard to resolve any issues- THEN ask if there is anything else before they leave your side! Verizon Corporate stores are 1000% better than the two “other” stores I’ve been to I. The area!
Jose Urteaga was so helpful today. I bought a new phone a couple days ago at a different location and couldn’t get my info transferred to the ICloud. Jose took the time to help me get it done. This process took over a couple hours. I appreciate him taking the time out to help me. Jose is an amazing employee and a great asset to Verizon. He is very kind and patient. Thanks again Jose for all your help.
