The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful during the full process. I changed to Verizon after over 15 years with TMobile. Thank you to the 3 staff members that assisted during our visit.

Keegan was great! He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. He offered us products but wasn’t pushy. He tried to get us every deal possible for which I was thankful for. Good job Keegan!
I give this location one star, and that's just being a location to walk into been to this location Twice customer service is bad. Didn't help with the issue that I had at all always trying to push it off to calling customer service.. I don't know if they don't like people of color coming into this location but I have had 2 bad experiences at this location and will not be returning. I've been with Verizon, 12 years, and if you need anything about your bill or return in a product, find another location.
