In VZ stores when you bring your own phone, because the employees make NO MONEY on BYOD, the response will be either a happy greeting and I am going to try and help you, or I am going to seem like I want you to FAIL. In this case, the negative, questioning, “well most likely you can’t use that phone,” efforts by both the employee and the manager, David just put us off. Estevan gave us the wrong information and screwed us over on a promotion. I had to talk with 4 different sales reps call in 3 different times. Was a miserable experience because we could not get the right help we needed. Would not recommend coming in here.

I came in for an upgrade and a was lied to be Estevan. He told me I could keep my current plan with the deal he was giving me. Find out 1 month later he changed my plan. I was also told my monthly rate would not increase. This also increased. I went to the store to try get it resolved. I told them I was lied to and they did not care. They said the only option was to cancel the contract and pay 50 even though what I was told was completely incorrect. I would stay away from this store.
