WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT TRUST BRANDON!!! We came in on 5th of November and got multiple phone lines (4) and we were supposed to get the phone on a promotion to switch over from t-mobile! Well Brandon ended up pulling a fast one and made the bill 4.99 per line more expensive! A simple fix but instead of fixing it. Brandon wanted to argue, I tried to pull up what he originally did and he didn’t want to see it!!!! By far the most shady Verizon store in this area! Walked in and was helped right away by a gentleman named Keneen, and it was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at Verizon. He was incredibly helpful and kind, and I was in and out with my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max! :) If you visit this location, I hope you’re lucky enough to be helped by him.

I came into this store for help with a billing issue after getting nowhere over the phone. Instead of trying to assist, the employee handed me a paper with the same phone number I’d already called and told me to contact them again. It felt dismissive and unhelpful — if the store can’t handle these issues, they should at least make an effort to guide customers instead of just passing them off.
