To the owner of this location- bad customer service. Came in today Sunday August 3rd- just to get an upgraded phone. Manager didn't even offer to help. Playing on his iPad I guess. Waited 1 hour & no one came to give us a time frame. Originally Manager told us 25 minute wait. The employee was saying this store has low staff- well that's obvious. It was 1 hour and still waiting. We left to go to another Verizon.
Not very helpful. Seemed uninterested in helping me and directed me to go online for information.
worst customer service ever , I m super disappointed on the service which was provided and did not wanted to help me out. Only want commission and after that did not help out after selling the item. Not happy with fake service.
Read the other reviews about rude managers and poor customer service, they are 100% accurate. Go to another Verizon Corporate store if you can.
