Avoid this Verizon store. I came in just to switch my line from personal to business and ended up waiting over an hour. When the manager finally walked up, instead of helping, he was passive aggressive and dismissive. I explained that I had been waiting a long time, and his response was basically asking if I “see the rep with another customer,” instead of acknowledging the wait or trying to help. Keneen was extremely helpful and knowledge. This is my second time coming to the store and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I’ve been provided!

Keneen is AMAZING! Our family only comes to this Verizon location because they are the nicest and most efficient. Recently had issues with two of our phones, Keneen went out of his way to help us and made sure everything made sense. Highly recommend coming here! James was also very helpful, stayed late to help us transfer our information and set up our new phone. Thank you to everyone at iron point Verizon!
