I had the best experience at the Verizon store in South Salem on Commercial Street! The person who helped me — “Alexander the Great” — absolutely lived up to the name. They went above and beyond to help me navigate through a few tricky issues, explained everything clearly (and patiently), and somehow made the whole process fun. My daughter made an appointment to go to Verizon to get on her own plan. She, my wife, and I also wanted to upgrade our iPhones. We were lucky to have Alex as our onsite tech. He was efficient, professional, and affable. Top notch customer service and we were out of there in an hour. Thanks Alex for the amazing service!
Rude and not helpful. I changed carriers and I'm done with Verizon forever.
We had issues porting our phones over from Xfinity (not Verizon’s fault at all) and Alex was a champ! He took the time to hear me out and resolved our issue. We are greatly satisfied with the customer service we received.
