I am canceling my service. Their customer support team are horrid and rude. They have crappy service that doesn’t even work in a lot of places. It’s expensive and there are no incentives. They are a shady company.

Oh WOW! I Went To This Horrible Place Because I Needed Help Concerning My Phone & It Was Closest To Where We Live. I Walk In & This Rep Holding Their Check-In Tablet Approaches Me. I Explain The Issue With My Phone. He Then Proceeds To Tell Me That There Was Nothing They Could Do For Me Except Find Me Another Phone. He Said Hopefully I Still Have A Warranty On The Phone. This store is extremely busy. I walked in and they told me I needed an appointment. I asked about wait time for an appointment that day, they said could be up to 2hr wait. I called a different store in McMinnville and got right in.
