The reps here refuse to actually help the customer and expect them to do all the heavy lifting. Just straight up BAD customer service. You're way better off just going to the shop out in Fountain Valley. The reps there will go above and beyond to help you with an issue instead of throwing their hands up and saying "welp, sorry, your problem"
