I thanked the lady for the customer service, if it wasn't for her I would've left. there was a man with bad customer skills he was telling me I didn't pay my phone when I did and wasn't really trying to help me upgrade my phone

Because the Verizon store that I’ve been going to for years near Best Buy in Costa Mesa is no longer there, I went to a new Verizon store on Bristol . The woman that was working with me was very cold, short, and borderline condescending when I was asking her questions about my account and current promotions. I am definitely not going back and I would recommend others go to a different store.
