I spoke with a woman named Alondra. She informed me that, even though the device my sister took back and returned for me this afternoon by accident when it was supposed to be exchanged, it was irreversible to now provide us with a replacement device, even though we purchased it less than 30 days ago. I thanked the lady for the customer service, if it wasn't for her I would've left. there was a man with bad customer skills he was telling me I didn't pay my phone when I did and wasn't really trying to help me upgrade my phone
Was able to get in and out quickly. Joshua was great!
