Walked in today to see about my phone that I’m having issues with. Saw a guy in the front. I told him I had some questions. I said I have an upgrade and have some issues with hearing on my phone only can use in speaker phone. The other question I had was how easy is it to transfer my data and app information. He did not look up my account or even ask me my name he just said -well we charge for that. That’s how you treat your customers that have been with you for years and have multiple phones! They took our trade in phone then never applied the promised discount. We called, they found the phone was given, applied the discount then removed it. I noticed, called again, sat on the phone for over an hour, they found it and applied the discount, I then get a message it's been removed. Call again, they say we need to go to location. We do.
