Ridiculous! I get an email telling me my order is ready for pick up. Not even 24 hrs later it says it was canceled for non pick up. For reference, I got the email about my order being ready for pick up at 2:30pm on 9/30. At 4:10am on 10/1 I got an email saying it was canceled because I didn't pick it up by 10/1. Then it shows the order was reprocessed for store pick up. I show up at the store and there is no order and they don't even have the phone! If I could give 0 stars I would customer service suck no one wants to listen to ai. They raise their prices every month and do not follow their discounted phones for switching to them but they are good at price gouging their customers. Nothing to do with this store in particular the workers at the store are nice it’s just Verizon.

Good service and didnt have to wait to get the help I needed. Update! The service in this place is amazing. Walking in with a problem with my phone a half hour before closing and got smiles and reassurance they'll get the phone working but I had to come back since they needed to call in to the call center, which was closed. Showed up the next morning and immediately got help to tackle the problems. Such patience and knowledge made the visit easy and I was able to get a new phone and get set up with a lower bill, better conne... read more
