Great service. Added a new line for my son for free, in and out in less then a half hour.
This place does not deserve any stars (if only that were an option). Do not go to this location. You will be much better off to do everything via the MyVerizon app. After wasting an hour at the store to simply purchase a phone (and never receive it due to system issues), now I understand the rating of this store.
Had a bad problem with verizon nobody wanted to help customer service didnt want to help and gave an attitude lincolnton nc verizon didnt want to help came an hour to Mooresville nc to corporate verizon store and assistant manger Mike was great thank you for helping and figuring out what was wrong with my bill I would give you more then 5 stars if I could
