Verizon is the worst and most inefficiencies r company I have ever dealt with in my life . I am really perplexed how they could be leading comm company . I visited this store two times and staff over there know nothing . First they didn’t know how to setup Apple Watch for their standalone plan and today again to resolve mh issue around billing . They never activated standalone line for my son’s Apple Watch ,kept me shuttling between tech support and store and then shamelessly send me bill of 59$ for 25$ plan . I wasted more ... read more
I am happy with my device but disappointed and dissatisfied with Verizon Wireless Service. After having mediocre service with T-Mobile I changed to Verizon only to find the service as bad or worse. Representatives are nothing more than salespeople. If they were my employees I’d fire them for misrepresenting my product.
We just upgraded our phones and the entire time we were there, Sean was very helpful and was very clear on everything that we were doing and buying. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.
0 STAR! The rep, I worked with provided awesome customer service and was very knowledgeable about the current promotions, I got something for everyone in my family. After the Bill Came: They've been billing me for 9 Lines, and a extra phone on my account for this entire time. I have 4 lines and 2 watches and refuse to fix the bill, credit the account or FIX THEIR ERRORRRRRRRRRRRS! - OCTOBER 9th 2024!
