If you have business account dont bother going in there. There is no customer service. I was told I need to call in order for any help I needed. I went into the store because over the phone was of no help as well. When I walked in I was almost pushed out saying sorry we just sell stuff here. As a business owner trying to do business with another company, this was disrespectful and rude. Don't waste your time.
I had the best experience at this Verizon store location. Manager - Albert, and staff member Jessica were VERY Helpful and nice. They helped solve my issue and truly did everything they could to help my specific situation. I highly recommend this location. Their customer service and support were exceptional.
Phone went dead...took a week and a half to get replacement...terrible customer service...would not have their phone if they paid me...
