I came here on a Thursday evening to get an idea bow much would it coat me to switch from tmobile with unpaid devices, since i came 20 minutes before closing Jarod the manager gave me a quote and scheduled an appointment next day. Came in , nice and quiet. Did transfer 6 lines. Jessica was really knowledgeable. Jarod the store manager also was really helpful, definitely recommend.

Conner was fast and amazing.
Connor Moore is extremely unhelpful and the driving force behind me leaving Verizon after roughly eight or so years of being with the company. The store in Dahlonega was more helpful customer service wise, but obviously not a corporate store like the one in Dawsonville so they weren’t much help. However, Connor is a big ultimatum guy and acts like his say is the only say so that matters. He didn’t even give me an alternative to help me fix my issue either.
