Dakota was very helpful! My boyfriend lost his phone and he got everything figured out for him. Made him feel like a valued customer. Very friendly and attentive.
I had a great experience today at the Dawsonville location. Nicole the manager and Nelson were so helpful. She even brought out coloring pages and crayons for my girls. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Avoid this store at all costs. Been coming here for years, something has changed. Customer service is deplorable. Go to Cumming store which is actually owned by Verizon.
This person who works here, Darien Bryce Bowen, needs to be escorted and removed from the store, immediately. He has access to accounts that has phone numbers belonging to children, and their addresses. This was a month ago, and he is still employed.
