i came to this location to get a new phone and the employee was so helpful. this location is a corporate store and is so much better than the 3rd party ones. the costumer service was incredible.
Worst Verizon experience ever. Went in to get some help with an issue I was having with my phone, and to upgrade my mifi. Signed in and expected a wait as it was busy. Noticed right off there were a couple of employees floating around, but not necessarily helping anyone. About 30 minutes in, noticed was at the top of the list and was next in queue. Probably the Only Verizon store I been to with good customer service both of the people that helped me were professional and thorough
