I was in a pinch. My phone died with my money all on Apple Pay. In order to buy another charger I needed to charge my phone. I went into the store and simply explained this to them. They didn’t ask if I was a Verizon Customer, which I am, they didn’t decline in any way. They allowed me to charge my phone and I was able to buy the charger that I needed it. Kind, generous people working in this store. Does a review really matter? No but I did one so they know how grateful I am.
Went in to the Verizon store at 1 pm to reactivate my IPhone simm, and Wes and the manager was very helpful. The store deserve a five star for quick customer service and courteous employees and management, I was out from the store in 20 minutes. Thanks
i came to this location to get a new phone and the employee was so helpful. this location is a corporate store and is so much better than the 3rd party ones. the costumer service was incredible.
Worst Verizon experience ever. Went in to get some help with an issue I was having with my phone, and to upgrade my mifi. Signed in and expected a wait as it was busy. Noticed right off there were a couple of employees floating around, but not necessarily helping anyone. About 30 minutes in, noticed was at the top of the list and was next in queue.
