DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered 4 new phones. The guy put in the wrong address to send my phones. I had to go back down there and update my address. Then I'm told I cant get my phones because there is a dispute about my address. Nobody can give me any answers on how to get my phones or get my money back. Screw Verizon, id go to AT&T or T-Mobile.
They keep raising my bill i cut everything off but one phone i was paying on
The store is clean with a good display of items to purchase. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. I was waited on with in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. My problem was fixed within several minutes.
