The store on Rivers is the absolute worst.. the staff ì interacted with were the most unfriendly uncaring unknowledgable i have run across in a very long time.. acted like I was intruding on their "oh so valuable time"... if this was the only store I had to go to I would change carriers... on the flip side.. the store in Summerville great.. Boston was very helpful friendly professional and knowledgeable.. Just amazing

It seems to me their quality of service has dropped off a lot, after having to spend 2 hours in the store with a problem I was having, I seen a lot of unhappy Verizon customers
