Went into Verizon to get home internet and after an hour of figuring out promos I was finally out of there and still didn’t get the promo they promised I was qualified for.. sales rep had to continue going into the back to talk to the manager who wasn’t on the sales floor. The previous leadership was always helpful and treated me as a valued customer and made it right if I had issues with promos.

Came to get a new phone. Sat here for almost an hr and I only see one person actively working. There is four employees here. There is a total of 4 people waiting and one person being helped. This location is not functioning efficiently. I see what is possibly a manager that has been walking around with a tablet. The others are in the back doing whatever. The impression that’s given is avoiding. I have been here for an hour so far. With the notification Verizon has sent me… I was waiting for 2 ahead of me.

I’ve had the worst experiences two times here in the last year and I’ll never go back. It’s not a corporate store. I recommend going to the corporate store over by the Apache mall. They’re very inconsiderate and lazy and would rather sit in back and do whatever they do back there. I recently had a meeting set up at 11 AM and they really are in no hurry to help you and just continue to do whatever they do and chat amongst themselves and look at you like oh what are you waiting for dummy?
