I went to the Verizon marketplace Drive store in Rochester Minnesota last night to get home Internet and to upgrade a phone. The service there was terrible. They waited on us immediately, but then they switched out and the guy that was helping us was in the back for over a half an hour doing I have no idea what he came back out with quotes about adding my husband‘s new phone and adding a new phone for me even though I told him three different times, I did not want a new phone. The manager is very rude. Do not recommend.
Worked with Chris for a while on transferring a phone line. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.
Went into Verizon to get home internet and after an hour of figuring out promos I was finally out of there and still didn’t get the promo they promised I was qualified for.. sales rep had to continue going into the back to talk to the manager who wasn’t on the sales floor. The previous leadership was always helpful and treated me as a valued customer and made it right if I had issues with promos.
