I had a great experience at Verizon last weekend. It had been 4 years since I had a new phone- time to upgrade, Lo! I got the new iphone 17 pro max and I really love it so far! We had walked into the store having the phone already ordered for in-store pickup, and were helped almost immediately upon entering the store. The person helping me was named Jeilidy and she was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions, and grabbed everything I needed.
Trading in my old phone was very quick at this location. Thank you Joe!
I visited this Verizon store to switch from T-Mobile to a prepaid plan, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the sales rep Fioris did not answer my questions about prepaid plans and immediately started pushing postpaid plans, even after I clearly told her that postpaid was too expensive for me. She kept insisting repeatedly and appeared desperate to sell the postpaid plan instead of respecting my needs.
