I'm so happy I came to this location. Jeilidy was amazing!! She helped me switch my old phone to my new phone. It took forever to switch all my photos and information but she always kept checking in on me while I waited for the switch, which I really appreciated. Of course I had a million questions lol but she answered them all with a smile on her face and she is super knowledgeable on everything I asked. Also when I walked in I was greeted by Mario and he was so nice too! Great location!
Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Union, NJ Verizon store today. We went to the store because my husband broke his phone and were concerned because we thought he had lost all his information. We were immediately helped by Juan when we walked in. He was friendly, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he help us upgrade my husband’s phone, but he helped us figure out how to recover the data. Great experience from beginning to end. Thanks Juan!
