I opened 6 lines with verizon store and they promised me they will send 2 lines to my families out of state and they never did. The tracking information were never updated. I had wechat for one of the sales person and he never respond to me after I raised concern about why my phone were still not shipped. I do not trust this verizon store anymore
Great experience. If you happen to need help hopefully your as lucky as me and get help from Angel. He is amazing. This guy had to break down my new account lines and pricing along with my fios. Really impressive young man. Knew his numbers like a Verizon accountant. See him moving up that company ladder quick. Need to hire him for regional training.
