I am a senior citizen,and I needed to transfer all my data into my new phone. I was concerned about accomplishing the task because I dropped my old phone in a bucket of wateron July 4th. Steven, at the Verizon Sore on Rt 22, Union, NJ came to the rescue. He managed to get the old phone to open, and remain open until all my data was transferred. His professionalism, kindness and patience made it all happen. THANK YOU STEVEN!!

I recently switched phone providers from T-Mobile to Verizon, and needed to find a specific location to initiate the process of the transfer from my old service to my new one, and the location in Union, New Jersey is able to do just that.
