Rude associates. Was talking to one gentleman about upgrading a phone. Was telling him it made no sense to pay 350$ to upgrade when my phone when it still works unless verizon would honor the deal they advertised. The female associate laughed, rolled her eyes and shook her head. I’d spend your money elsewhere or just do it online. Absolutely nothing they can’t do online that they can instore. Friendly, helpful. Did not have to wait. Erin was absolutely amazing and very helpful.
Had an appt at 10am today. They did nothing to help. Told me to "chat with customer support". Sat there for over an hour "chatting" I could have done this at home. No resolution still. Left. Called customer support and got a resolution. Drove back to simple PICK UP A PHONE. They wouldn't release it to me. A PHONE I ALREADY PAID FOR. It's now been 7 HOURS. No resolution, and no phone. Never coming back here and probably leaving Verizon after today.
