Had an appt at 10am today. They did nothing to help. Told me to "chat with customer support". Sat there for over an hour "chatting" I could have done this at home. No resolution still. Left. Called customer support and got a resolution. Drove back to simple PICK UP A PHONE. They wouldn't release it to me. A PHONE I ALREADY PAID FOR. It's now been 7 HOURS. No resolution, and no phone. Never coming back here and probably leaving Verizon after today.
I got a new phone and I went here to have them help me transfer and activate it. He told me there would be a fee to transfer my data and told me I could do it myself if I didn’t want to pay that. I didn’t mind doing it myself, so I asked how it’s done and all he kept telling me was that it was really easy and anyone could do it. I don’t know much about it since Verizon usually just does it for me so I just asked where instructions were, if the phone had them or if I had to look it up, and he wouldn’t tell me. Bought a new flip phone with a prepaid plan. The customer service was fast and friendly. They didn't know a lot about flip phones, but they were still able to help me set it up.
I highly recommend Verizon for their amazing internet service! The price is fair compared to others, and I’m so happy to finally have a strong, reliable connection at home. Huge thanks to Larry Manidron and his team, everyone was phenomenal! Great hospitality, super professional, and always focused on finding the best solution.
