Awful. Guy greeting people at the door clearly wasn’t happy to be working today because all I got was attitude. When I simply asked why he was refusing service he rolled his eyes and started scrolling though weird pictures on his phone claiming he was looking for a number to give me. Terrible experience all around, I suggest driving the extra couple miles to go absolutely anywhere else.
If you don’t need an actual phone, call them. They have very limited ability in store.
Scam i bought a phone there and I asked before i pay for the phone would the plan stay the same because that what i wanted…. i did not want a change i was told your plan won’t change at all I get the bill 37.32 dollars higher and what convenient to there part it was right after that I can no longer do a return of the phone
