Staff is extremely rude, manager on duty not much better. Unless they’re able to make money from your visit to the store don’t expect any customer service. You’re better off talking to the outsourced customer service agent on the phone.
I dread going in store to deal with phone or account issues HOWEVER Hector made the experience GREAT. Answered all questions we had. He had a very pleasant demeanor. Hector went above and beyond. Thank you
Everyone is very helpful. Was there first thing in the morning so I was in and out really quick. Was able to get all the questions I had about my phone answered and the internet service that I did have but don't know more but that's only because I went back to Spectrum so I could watch my football. I can't stream some of the channels if I use Verizon internet so I had to go back to Spectrum. I'm a big football NFL fan. No other sports just NFL but everybody's always very helpful there
