Great service.
Very bad experience with Verizon in this Store. They mislead you about the bill. In the store they tell you one price, but when the bill arrives it’s completely different, with much higher charges. Nothing they promise in the store is true. I do not recommend them.
We went there the day all of the service went down they had people standing outside letting you know that they couldn't help! I suggested they also maybe put a sign up so people didn't have to pull into the parking lot and that was very crazy.
Even though I did not buy anything from this store the specialist helped me out alot. Kenna Tyson was so helpful not just once but twice when we walked in. She never tried to sell us something we didnt need and was very respectful the entire time. She was knowledgeable when it came to phones and watches we were looking at. She wasn't trying to just get another sale. She truly was helpful in all aspects. Thank you Kenna. If there is anything I need in the future I would definitely return to that store and ask Kenna for help
