My phone was locked out and I lost my password. I went to this store for a factory reset. Three techs with (according to one of them) over 50 years of combined experience, said it couldn't be done without a password. They all tried and failed. I was told the only recourse I had was to buy a new phone. I was quoted a price of $197.95. I said I would think about it and left. At home, I went on YouTube and found a video to solve the issue. Awful. Guy greeting people at the door clearly wasn’t happy to be working today because all I got was attitude. When I simply asked why he was refusing service he rolled his eyes and started scrolling though weird pictures on his phone claiming he was looking for a number to give me. Terrible experience all around, I suggest driving the extra couple miles to go absolutely anywhere else.
