Very disappointed in this location. My mother and I came in to upgrade our phones, and were promptly greeted by Jose, he brought us over to a table to go over our account and thanked us for our 20 years of service with Verizon, as he was doing that I pulled out the boxes that had our phone cases and screen protectors in them that we purchased from Amazon, upon seeing them his whole attitude changed and he became very short with us, he did offer to install our screen protectors (he did give us a disclaimer that they technical... read more
Nothing to due with this LOCAL office,BUT EVERYTHING TO DO WITH VERIZON CORPERATE FIOS. They have been in the neighborhood running lines,I moved my sprinkler so they could tear up front yard,once they were through digging ( I assumed) ,I HAD TO FIX MY YARD AND RE do GRASS,Here they come back digging again,so I moved it again and went around asking them all how much longer will they be digging in my yard,so i could put sprinkler back and fix yard for a second time,NOT ONE WORKER OUT OF 20 SPOKE any ENGLISH at all. My mom’s and I’s experience was amazing. Our verizon rep Logan was very helpful for trading in our devices. She was really nice, talkative, friendly, social and funny. She helped get the most discounts we could while trying to get the most we could get. I really recommend this verizon for everyone. If I could rate more stars I would.
Annamarie was amazing got us both in and out in very little time. Definitely recommend coming to this location for all your Verizon service needs.
