I had a phone issue and two employees. went way beyond my expectations to help me, They were phenomenal
Better service in this verizon if you’re looking for corporate help. The other one I’ve been to which was the Roseville one, was definitely unhelpful and would flat out be uninterested in assisting you if you needed something. It’s a bit far but I mean if you get the help you need, it’s worth it than having a headache. Thanks to the people who helped me here!
As a Verizon customer of 15+ years, I'm disappointed and disgusted with what we've experienced with an employee here. Despite this one incident, all others were very helpful and did all that they could to to help us with what we needed (including Rick, an assistant manager)..BUT, it was what happened after the fact and outside of the store itself. Gennifer is amazing! Super informative, very patient, juggles a couple of customers so she can effectively and efficiently help as many as she can. So nice and genuine!
Waited in line just to be given a number to call for help, no wonder people are leaving Verizon.
