Had a 7:00 appointment and walked on at 7 11th. 54 minutes later no one has even acknowledged i am here. Horrible service.
I had a new samsung watch as a stand alone device. I couldn't get it connected to mobile network and spent many hours with costumer service who also couldn't get it connected. I went to a different verizon location where I bought it and they couldn't help me. Bridget at this store got it connected and working in an hour. She was awesome! I will always go back here!
