The manager (I think his name was Trevor) was awesome! He helped me for over an hour and hooked me up! So glad I finally switched!
I am more than satisfied with my experience today at this Verizon location! I had a scheduled appointment at 4pm and when my mom and I got in, Cassy came out and greeted us with a big smile. I felt very comfortable and welcome inside the store. I wanted to upgrade my mom’s old phone and everything went really smoothly. There were things that Cassy recommended but I’m glad she wasn’t pushy and trying to sell us stuff. (My mom is old so she didn’t want extra add ons.)
