I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Verizon store. I intentionally set things up so my elderly, disabled mother could return her trade-in phone in person at a Verizon store rather than via UPS, because I wanted staff to properly assist her and ensure the return was done correctly (including turning off Find My iPhone).
