Lawrence Ashford was the customer. He encountered Scott at Verizon who was very rude. He had no knowledge on the operation of a Samsung phone. Scott was frustrated with evaded answers such as “ I don’t care about your service and I don’t know where a manager is.” Scott does not have people skills to deal with me or anyone else. I just left this Verizon location, and I can honestly say I walked out with the biggest smile on my face. As one of their business customers, I received exceptional service from Ms. Sharon, the Assistant Manager. She took the time to listen to the issue I was experiencing with my account and didn’t stop until everything was completely resolved.
