The store manager Brandon was absolutely no help. Terrible customer service.
I called Verizon and ordered a phone. They confirmed that one was available at this store and that I could pick it up today. I received an email saying they were setting up my phone and they would email me when it was ready. I waited 3 hrs and never received such an email. But then I DID receive an email saying that they were canceling my order bc I didn't go pick up the phone. We got phones a couple of years ago at Verizon, and our rep was super nice! Today we decided to get new phones. This process took about three hours on the phone. We did this so that we could walk into the store, get our phones, and go home. Around 5:00 ish (give or take 30 mins) my husband walked into the store to get the phones and Brandon, who said he was the manager on duty, walked off. Terrible customer service. I purchased a iPhone 15 pro max a year ago and the battery isn’t working properly anymore . So I called the Verizon store and a very rude female representative told me that I had to deal with it because the manufacturer warranty expired and I didn’t have insurance. I told her it happened after the warranty and she told me I had to deal with it . Never get a iPhone from Apple . Worst phone ever and Verizon doesn’t even care about you . Don’t go there . They do not care about you
