Hands down the best Verizon location.
Sharon is AMAZING. she’s the sweetest, while helping me start service w verizon. she even stayed past her off time to make sure we finished up and i left satisfied. she’s also my bday twin! haha. i also want to mention how great Estavan is as well. i came in a few days prior and had a few issues and he was beyond patient. thank you both! and the manager that was on that day as well (6/04). i forget his name but they were all very welcoming. thank you!
I had the opportunity for Sharon to assist me and resolve my text message issue.. Sharon listened and provided insight on the new update and on the options for messaging. Sharon was hands on and explained every step she was doing. Her tone was was pleasant as well as her mannerisms.
The store manager Brandon was absolutely no help. Terrible customer service.
