Customer Service is absolutely horrible here. I had been here 3 times trying to get an issue fixed that they screw up when I switched and they still won’t own up to it. A 15 minute call to Customer Service and it was resolved. I will never return to this store again.
Horrible customer service. Never again
I once was a customer of verizon and they told me when signing up mh bill would be around $95 a month and the first couple months would be little higher. My first month was $153 my second month was $270+. $150 of that was administrative fees. Wouldn't recommend. Wish I could rate lower.
