I had a great customer experience at this location. Jared helped me switch my service from At&T to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave me step by step instructions. He even followed up after I left the store via text to help me with a SIM card lock issue I was encountering with AT&T. He was very thorough and followed through with all issues I was having.
Stop telling people that the streaming services automatically cancel from your previous providers when you sign up through Verizon, it’s an outright lie and only pisses people off. Also, no phone number listed to talk to someone at your location???
We switched services to Verizon from AT&T. We were promised two lines for$60. Our first bill was $200. We were there for 3 hours on a hot day. So if you want empty promises and cruddy service, by all means choose this revolting place.
