We switched services to Verizon from AT&T. We were promised two lines for$60. Our first bill was $200. We were there for 3 hours on a hot day. So if you want empty promises and cruddy service, by all means choose this revolting place.

I was told that as a foster mother, I could return the phone of my foster child, that is leaving, as long as I had a letter that states this. I went to two Verizon stores and the corporate store gave me a corporate number to call May 2025. When I did, I was told I would be sent a box and I could return the phone and not be charged for it. After two weeks, the box never came, nobody contacted me, but my bill was over $600 MORE than usual!
