Manger is horrific. If I could give him a -5 I would. The person helping me was new. Was so patient and manager wouldn’t show him anything to assist
Collin was very helpful! Only took 10 minutes from when I walked in to when I left to trade my phone in, and he answered all my questions! I will do business here from now on!
I would give this store zero stars if I could. The representative bypassed controls from Verizon and messed up multiple lines on my account. You didn't get me a good deal, you got me multiple hours in my local Verizon retailer and hours on with customer service. You're the worst.
