I returned my home internet gateway and Verizon won’t refund my money. I was told when getting it that I wouldn’t be charged for the gateway. When I returned it I was told it’s a prorated amount. I’m now seeking legal action for their deceptive service. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU. Get every detail in writing or record them without them knowing for proof in case it comes to that.
