Excellent service by Gus! Took the time to listen to my concerns and make changes to my account. Store manager was instrumental in making sure corporate understood changes needed to account.
Had me wait 2 hours for just a box:( Verizon told me to drop the phone off at the store but they gave me a box and told me to bring it to ups:/
I know exactly what phone I want, I see the phone sitting there. Still a 40-60 minute wait, Just to buy a phone.
