UNPROFESSIONAL & DIRTY STORE. My phone was up for an upgrade, so I made an appointment at the Verizon store in Carl T Jones, Huntsville, AL. I got there early, checked in on the app and checked in with rep when I entered the store. Was told someone would help me soon but instead they helped every single customer that came in behind me without any appointments. Not a single employee let me look at a phone or get a new phone; which was the ONLY reason I went in there. On top of that, seating areas were littered with fast food ... read more
Walked into store to upgrade phone waited 20 mins, and not one employee asked to assist or acknowledged we were in the store. At least 2 employees weren't with customers as well. Left, and went to Hampton Cove. 20+ year Verizon Customer
