Very helpful staff and this is a VERIZON store. I always check because there is a difference,between authorized seller and the real thing. This is the real thing.
Went to University location first and was unable to get proper help. Employee was having to ask multiple other co workers to assist her. Left and next day came to Jones Valley location. Anthony assisted us and was able to help us switch to Verizon and get new phones in little to no time. He answered every question, made the process very smooth, super personable and did not have to ask a single co worker for help. I’d absolutely recommend Jones Valley location to anyone and hope Anthony is the one helping you

First, we've been a Verizon customer since 2000. We went into the Verizon store to see why phone quit charging and shut down. The individual that helped us tried to charge the phone with cord and charging pad with no results. After that her suggestion was to take the phone to a third-party repair company which we did. My only concern with this company is, with the money we pay every month on our services and the price they charge for phones, how do you not have a repair center or diagnostic tech in your location.
