Been sitting in this store for over an hour just waiting to turn in my trade in. Is there only 1 person working at a time? This store is a joke.
Refused to provide service to one of the users on my account. Instead telling them to dial 611. This was due to them seeing no sale opportunity in servicing an account. Reported up the chain to their DM as well as this review.
