I arrived at 11:20 am with no appointment scheduled, and was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful representative named Clifford Brown. I explained what needed to be accomplished in this visit and explained I only had a short time to spend there. Clifford accepted the challenge with zero hesitation. During the process of getting things sorted out, Clifford found me a couple of great promotions and worked hard to get me out of the store within the hour. AJ is fantastic. The young man was excellent at transferring us from T Mobile and provided clear explanations on everything. More individuals should be like him. Excellently prompt and effective service.
Extremely unhelpful. I guess customer service is not available at this location. Upsell on everything. long term client that will be shopping for new services. Thankfully I didn't get locked into any new 36 month stuff. If no stars was an option that would of been my choice
