I had a wonky upgrade/trade in issue through another Verizon subsidiary for my new iPhone 17 and received a bill due to the poor instructions from the subsidiary. Came to the Moore Verizon Corporate store and it was taken care of extremely quick especially due to the nature “unwinding the overcharge and mess”. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer engagement while dual tasking and service provided by the Manager Cathy Tegels and her team! Highly recommend the Moore, OK Verizon store!
Scams it's customers. Have a 600 dollar trade in credit and they are offering me 90 in store. Telling me I'm now ineligible. I am 2 weeks early for drop off. Elijah also insisted on being close enough to smack his gum in my face. Open mouth chewing the whole interaction. Tried giving space and he would get close again with his mouth open chewing
These workers know less then the average joe about what and how they can help you, don't expect fast reliable service, they do not carry any real technicians on site and don't have anyone but the bottom tier salesman trying to act like there somebody smarter then you. your telling me i have to wait a week for a new phone while i have insurance because they don't employ actual technical savvy people that fix problems only salesmen that create new ones
