Switched from att big mistake. Service is spotty at best internet is was slower cause I was talked into the welcome plan also told my bill would be cheaper with auto pay absolutely wasn’t. Stuck in a contract for 3 years because I listened to the salesman who they now say doesnt work here. Trust me go elsewhere.
Place is amateur hour every time I go here it gets worse these people are the face of this company and it is the worst service I've ever had in my life Went to upgrade my phones came home. My new phone was not activated. Phones got ordered to send to my house. This is the most messed up You can mess up a deal. Had to return 3 times!!! BEST STAFF! I was having problems with my bill, was being chatged for 2 phones that had been returned. After 7months of useless conversations with Verizon customer service (That's a Joke no customer service was given) I went to this store between Hannah and her Mgr Cathy, they were Finally able to get all my credits and than some! Thank you so much I was about to leave Verizon, I will definitely be a loyal customer to this store.
