Too many problems to list them all. Main problem was dropped calls in the middle of Okla. City. No matter where you are reception is a problem.

Can’t express the exceptional service i receive each and every time i visit this store. Emilio is the best. Always attentive to the customer and very knowledgeable on products and deals. Truly a huge asset to Verizon overall.
So, T-Mobile wants to give away free phones to other customers but not their own to keep them, so we went and saw Emilio at Verizon in Moore. Not only did he save me $30 per month, got us THREE phones (Iphone, Samsung and Google) for my family but he was patient, kind and very helpful. We couldn't be happier with the phones and the service we are receiving from Verizon and the help that Emilio gave us during the 3 hours we were there! So.. give Emilio your business. Ask for him.. he's worth it.
