I visited the Moore location regarding an issue I was experiencing. Kaylee and Yemi addressed the matter professionally, courteously, and efficiently. They were happy to help and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their assistance , time and positive attitude.
Emilio is the most cognitive person I’ve ever talked to about services. He knows the answer as soon as I ask it! He is patient and there you no matter what. I’ve even seen him deal with irate customers while calm and collect. He knows exactly what he is doing in his work and can’t can’t be fazed! He needs a raise ASAP

Kaylee was very helpful, but her manager, Cathy, is a flirt. But hey, I’m here for it. ;D They both gave me their numbers to hit them up whenever I need help!
We went in to change cell phone service. We were helped by Francisco and Cathy. All employees were friendly and helpful but we were primarily helped by Francisco and Cathy. They were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. They answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We were so impressed by their service! So much, that we would drive to this location from North OKC if we ever needed any assistance with our phones or plans. Very impressed! Side note, the store was very clean.
