We had an excellent experience at the Keizer Station Verizon store with Sierra and Valerie helping us. We were changing from T-Mobile and got four new phones and a new iPad so it was a lot of work for them. Sierra was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Run away...my bill is supposed to be $143/month... This month they charged me $647, last month it was $531... They said I should have a refund this month from overcharging me. If you have a problem with your bill you have to talk to someone in another country who won't help you either. I'm store associates literally say they can do nothing, which is horrible. I'm taking them to court, but you can save yourself the trouble. Just run.
Tried to upgrade online, was “chatting” with online people for an hour with no resolution. Came into the store and had better deal and happy interaction in 25 minutes total
