The salesmen are very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a relief leaving knowing they fixed all my phone needs so easily!
Service at this store is extremely poor. Charging a fee for transfer service and then blaming the customer when an upload fails is beyond BAD customer service. Also when a customer knows more about the phone than you it’s embarrassing. Don’t sell them if you don’t know how they work, that’s your whole job! Verizon has gone downhill, especially at the Keizer location.
