Been with verizon 20 years ish. My phone stopped Calling or allowing incoming texts. The representative decline to help me he couldn't help me unless I BOUGHT a new phone. HE PUSHED NEW PHONE AGENDA OVER AND OVER include a 3 year contract. SO IN THE END HE WOULD NOT HELP IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. I walked out. BOUGHT a AT&T phone Nextdoor don't push me to s*** I don't want you're treating your long-time customers like were stupid
currently on day 3 with no service as there trying to port my number over still worst decison i ever made was getting verizon
