I had to return an extender. I was not told I had to return this extender when I was upsold a new router. When I called Verizon Wireless because of a home coverage issue, I was informed I did not need to buy a new router. So, I go to the store to return the extender because the guy from Verizon wireless in a call center told me I was going to be charged $300 if it wasn't returned in 30 days. This store is great! They were able to me port in my phone number when the Dallas location couldn’t or should I say wouldn’t. The only complaint I have is that when I signed up for my phone plan they added protection on without asking me. Easily got it canceled.

Review for Verizon – Keizer Store (Manager Craig) I am writing this review specifically about my experience with Craig, the manager of the Verizon store in Keizer, OR. After spending more than 14 hours on September 4th and 5th trying to resolve a defective replacement phone issue with Verizon/Asurion, I came into the store on September 6th seeking help.
