Excellent service
I am extremely frustrated with Verizon due to poor communication and a very inconvenient experience. We ordered a phone and were told it would be ready for in-store pickup, but we never received any confirmation that it was ready. A Verizon agent later confirmed that the phone should have been available, yet this store canceled the order without notifying us and gave the phone away to someone else.
