Really rude people working in there with an attitude issue we had to call Verizon to fix are phones because they did everything wrong and it seems like they really don’t know what they are doing
Store said I earned a free phone and that I need to call and get a mailing label to return my old phone otherwise I will be charged. I was on the phone all day trying to get a label but it’s like these AI generated replies. No one at home. Only employee there stuck to the script but did not have authority to help. Additionally drove to two stores and still can’t reach supposed department that handles this.
Girl manager is VERY rude and not helpful at all. It does not seem at all like she knows what she is doing let alone like her job.
