Terrible experience at Verizon. The customer service was awful. From the moment I walked in, no one wanted to help me and they acted like they were bothered that I was there. When someone finally attended me, their attitude was very rude—short answers, no patience, and zero interest in helping. I was treated with very little respect and they made me feel like I was a nuisance. You expect at least a minimum level of professionalism, but this place was the complete opposite. Don't ever open a new boxed phone by yourself when instructed over the phone by customer service!! Take it in person to the store and have them open it, because if you do and return the item there's going to be a $50 restock fee. I took the phone back because I was lied that the S25 Galaxy would be free because I opened up a new line. I come to find out when I called Verizon that the phone wasn't free and now I had to pay a monthly fee. I was instructed by the agent to open the phone so that the phone could be activated. I visited the Verizon store seeking assistance because my phone was stuck in SOS mode, leaving me without service for the entire day not being able to contact my children. Despite explaining the situation, BELINDA refused to provide help not only that she was extremely rude & had an attitude.
