The guy that set up my new phone at the corporate location he programmed my daughter’s phone on mine and nothing was signed in. All of our information was all mixed up. I had to go to Monahans Verizon to get them to erase and set up my phone. I will never forget to the corporate location again it was a huge disappointment. If I could give him 0 stars I would
