Ashley helped me upgrade my samsung phones and watch 6 classics to the new samsung s26 ultra and galaxy ultra. She was very knowledgeable on the plans and just very friendly. Also a very good saleperson. She took care of me and answered all questions i threw at her. She had to order my watches since they didnt have in stock, but overall experience was great. Muy mala atención cada vez que voy a resolver un problema me dicen que llame a un número y lo único que quieren es vender y vender y no atender los problemas con lo que venimos los clientes mi esposa le pasó igual basicamnete la mandaron a volar , pedí el recibo de mi bill que me lo hicieran impreso y estuvieron dos horas literal imprimiéndolo cuando eso es solo tocar un botón y sale impreso el recibo no se lo manipularon o que onda bien extraño todo
