I visited the Verizon store seeking assistance because my phone was stuck in SOS mode, leaving me without service for the entire day not being able to contact my children. Despite explaining the situation, BELINDA refused to provide help not only that she was extremely rude & had an attitude. Good experience overall! The team was friendly and professional, and I was able to get my phone issues sorted without a long wait. They explained my plan options clearly and helped me quickly activate everything. The only drawback was a bit of a wait during a busy time, but the service quality made it worth it. Would come back again.
This place has stolen money from me and never reimbursed me like i was promised . This happened more then once when they thought I wasn't looking, Very shady business practice with these guys.
