On a bitterly cold and snowy day, I was greeted with a warm smile by Sarah one of the Verizon team leaders. I just needed to reactivate a previous phone. Sarah provided outstanding service. When we're finished Sarah made a couple suggestions on how I can save on my next phone or upgrade to a better all-inclusive plan. Thank you Sarah and Verizon... customer for over 30 years.... This store has unprecedented excellent customer service.
Tried to check in for my appointment. The team member asked why we were there. Immediately I was told to go the store I was transferring phone to. There was no way he was going to consider helping me. He just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Until I said I hear you. I need to go to that provider. And now I have a new provider. Costing half as much. Thank you
