Screwed up my plan, made me go back when I live 30 minutes away .I went and talked to the manager(Tristan )who said he'd get back to me, I've called and left a message with him , and still 2.5 weeks later and he hasn't returned my call.
I had a 3 pm appointment scheduled today, and unfortunately I was unlucky enough to be paired with Cody (assuming that is his name based on the text we got for a review after leaving the store but his name tag was hidden and he has a man bun so hopefully I am naming the correct employee). Tristan, the store manager at Huber, should teach a clinic on customer service! He was patient with my many questions and solved my phone issue. Laid back, easygoing personality, which you HAVE to have when dealing with so many customers. Excellent!
