Outstanding customer service provided by Nathaniel! I received an OS update and could no longer use the alarm application. Nathaniel immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it very quickly. He took time to explain what happened to my phone and what he did to restore the alarm function. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and kind. Great experience at this location!
