It’s a shame I cannot put 0 stars, 1 feels like way too high of a rating. I have been coming to this store for an extreme amount of years and I am so disappointed in the rude demeanor of the staff. Every time it is the same rude attitude and the unwillingness to help PAYING customers. I have a 9-5 job that I VALUE and I would never DREAM of speaking to the customers the way the people working here speak to their customers. I am repulsed by the lack of human decency.

The manager, Jaime,was rude. Heard a salesperson lie to another costumer about phone protection plans. The Rep I dealt with was ok. I did cancel some services after the experience with the manager.

This is horrible, we into the store on Thursday to upgrade two phones, it’s now Monday and I still can get my phones that I’ve paid for. No one has reached out for assistance, not the sale rep, not the manglar. I went back Friday and Saturday and nothing. But they were very eager to charge my cc three time for “taxes” even though I showed them the charge was pending. Trying to call the Lone Hill direct but I get AI and I get hung up. Hate the customer service and office service period. Not worth the hassle one bit.
