Nichole S was very professional! She deserves a raise and paid time vacation! She helped open a new Verizon mobile service for 3 of my family members. Tried to do this over the phone for 2 days and nobody could help me. Kudos Nichole S! Also, Tamara for phone support was good. The MVP for this is Dennis Aquino! He never gave up. Took me 2 days and multiple hours to try to port my phone number from another provider. Dennis was patient and stayed with it until successful transfer to Verizon! He deserves cash and free meals! I would avoid this store. I have home internet through them and they lied to me saying that my internet box was out dated and I needed to upgrade the box to keep my service. When I upgraded, I got half the speed, a data cap and an increase in my monthly bill. When I called Verizon, that stated i was lied to and the old box was not going to be disconnected but they did that to increase their sales numbers. Carl is a Hero. Explained everything in detail and was able to get us out the door with a new phone quickly! He acknowledged the customers waiting and let them know someone will be with them (something the other employees didn't do) Carl, you're the reason Verizon has a customer for life. If customer service was an Olympic sport, you'd take gold.
Don’t recommend going to this store because of the customer service. Came right before closing time 7:55pm on 12/26. Understood that they might not be able to help me and would’ve totally understood if they actually acknowledged me since it was late. Just trying to drop off my phone for a trade in. Doors already locked when I arrived before closing. The staff member saw me and just ignored me while I waited outside in the cold.
