Absolutely terrible customer service! I went in to simply upgrade my 4 phones and was told I had to upgrade my router as well with no changes to my current bill. 2 months later my billed has now doubled and they are also charging my for both routers because they lost the old one. Corporate is working on this now and also said I didn't even need to upgrade the original router in the first place, the store just wanted the commission. Customer service is lacking. Tone and attitude is poor.
Brian Fernandez was the most patient and supportive person I have had employee s not care one iota in Verizon corporate stores was considering another carrier but my hope is restored for 2 days Brian helped me to resolve my issues with my iPhone Excellent service!!!!!
Jesus made everything easy. Made sure our phones were working correctly and informed us on how our billing and credits will happen.
