This is horrible, we into the store on Thursday to upgrade two phones, it’s now Monday and I still can get my phones that I’ve paid for. No one has reached out for assistance, not the sale rep, not the manglar. I went back Friday and Saturday and nothing. But they were very eager to charge my cc three time for “taxes” even though I showed them the charge was pending. Trying to call the Lone Hill direct but I get AI and I get hung up. Hate the customer service and office service period. Not worth the hassle one bit.

I went here 8/9 for help returning internet equipment and received disappointing customer service. We were told by the call center to return our equipment to the store, and as soon as we went and talked to the in-store rep Harry he was extremely rude. He just said sorry, I can't do anything, you need a shipping label, and repeated it more than once like we weren't understanding him and refused to help us. He just said call customer service. Dont go to this place. They seel you products then saycall customer service. Then customer service clises way to early and it in the Philippines and i cant understand what they are say. The products can be better from anyother phone company

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Verizon Business location. When you're signing up and spending money, the staff is all smiles—but the moment you need service or try to cancel, their entire attitude changes.
