I've been a customer for decades now and it's still the only utility bill that keeps getting cheaper every few years or so. Switching over from spectrum internet saved me about 200 bucks a month.
Went in to upgrade my wife's phone, ended up upgrading mine as well. Amazing service, huge shout out to Sherri!!! She took amazing care of us, answered ALL our questions and the one question she couldn't answer herself, she asked another worker. Very personable and not pushy in the slightest. Verizon may be a slightly higher cost than other carriers, but I don't mind paying a bit more for the quality of service I received!
Bridget is absolutely amazing. She made it so easy getting my daughter her first phone. She explained everything and made set up so easy and fast. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at Verizon!!!
