Customer service here tonight was absolutely disgusting. I came in here to return the item that I got from their store and they said that they couldn’t return it because I didn’t have the receipt even though I have a Verizon wireless account or a Verizon home Internet account, but because I didn’t have a Verizon wireless account, they couldn’t help me and they didn’t even offer to give me any other solutions other than going home and trying to find the receipt furthermore, while we were sitting there trying to figure out how... read more
Manager is extremely unprofessional and condoned two customers on the floor for 45 minutes. The employees couldn’t find him, and then he returns through the front door with pizza. I waited nearly an hour for 3 people to be helped in front of me and then it took 30 minutes to complete a phone drop-off. Such pathetic service I thought it was a prank show.
Great experience at this Verizon location. Jimmie was the rep who helped me. I went in to upgrade my iPhone, and together we discovered a fraudulent purchase on my account from an out-of-state third-party Verizon retailer. Jimmie spent over an hour on the phone with customer service resolving the issue for me. Most other reps would’ve simply told me what to do and sent me on my way, or wouldn’t have brought this fraudulent purchase to my attention in the first place.
