Great experience at this Verizon location. Jimmie was the rep who helped me. I went in to upgrade my iPhone, and together we discovered a fraudulent purchase on my account from an out-of-state third-party Verizon retailer. Jimmie spent over an hour on the phone with customer service resolving the issue for me. Most other reps would’ve simply told me what to do and sent me on my way, or wouldn’t have brought this fraudulent purchase to my attention in the first place. VERY bad treatment. I switched to Verizon specifically because T-mobile was making it difficult to pay my bill, and now Verizon won't give me a method to pay my bill, so my phone service is about to be cut off even though I have the money to pay my bill & am willing to do so.
