Manager/staff are telling people about promotions that literally don’t exist…now trying to cancel whatever they offered because support is saying there’s no record of it and I’m about to get a chargeback because of the misleading information from this store
Went in for an upgrade and Joel was incredibly helpful, easily the most painless experience i’ve ever had at a Verizon store. In and out in under an hour with exactly what I went in for, down to the case that he found in the back for me. Thank you, Joel!
Horrible customer service walked in and signed in waited 20 minutes just to get help on activating a new phone that I got from Apple Store then I was told they will charge me $40 just for them to activate it !!!
Never changes, huge disappointment as always. Oh well. Starting to be used to this!
My wife and I visited this location on Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. Since we chose immediately after the holiday season to go, we assumed it would be a long wait with people setting up holiday purchases or returning items. We were pleasantly surprised to see the store was moderately busy, not too crazy, and we were helped in about 10-15 minutes after signing in.
